How to Order from our Store

What payment methods do you accept?

We use SQUARE Checkout for our secure payment solution. This allows you to use a credit or debit card to instantly pay for your order. Note that banking or card information is not kept on our website or servers but is securely encrypted by SQUARE Payment solutions. When your purchase is successful you will receive a receipt to the email that you provided during the order checkout process. This is your notification that we have received your order.

What countries do we ship to?

At this time we are only shipping within Canada.

When will my order be shipped?

We hand‑pack every order and ship within 7 business days of purchase.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. PT roll to the next business day.

No processing or shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.

How much is shipping and how long before my order arrives?

We provide a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 on any Canadian order.

We use Standard Shipping via Canada Post: Delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

Will I get a tracking number when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email receipt when you order to confirm we have received it and then a separate email with tracking information is sent once your order has been shipped.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

While we try to accommodate requests if we can, we cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it has been placed. We cannot add items to an order.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us to report missing or damaged items within 48 hours to smokinsixesmercantile@outlook.com—include photos of packaging and product.

Note that tallow products can be affected by excessive heat. If your tallow appears to have melted during shipping just pop it in the fridge until firm. Product performance is not affected by heating just the tallow consistency.

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Should you have an issue with any of our products or if you are unsure about which product is best for you, please reach out to us on Instagram or our Contact Us page and we would be happy to answer any questions.
